Background
Katrina initially worked with the Justice Department's Commercial Affairs Division as an investigating solicitor with a litigation emphasis. That work provided her with an in depth understanding of the commercial and legal issues surrounding insolvency and corporate recoveries and included undertaking Insolvency and Companies Act prosecutions and Securities Act compliance issues. A number of her cases have been reported.
Prior to joining Clendons North Shore, Katrina worked for law firms on the North Shore, practicing in a range of areas including Residential and Commercial Property, Company, Employment, Family and Commercial Litigation.
Katrina lives on the North Shore and has a strong commitment to the local area.
