AIPA and Clendons own the copyright in the Contract Set available below for viewing and downloading from this website. The Contract Set may be used and reproduced free of charge in any format or media. Where the Contract Set is used:
- you must acknowledge AIPA and Clendons' copyright in the work;
- you may not alter the drafting of any of the clauses without first obtaining the permission, in writing of AIPA or Clendons; and
- you must not continue to use the documents if AIPA issues a directive that an amended form is used.
